was established in 1998 to enable clients to better access and use qualitative and quantitative information to support their strategic, tactical and operational decision making.

Our success is based on understanding what success looks like in our clients organisations, and helping them to capture and report on information that illustrates business outcomes. We use a range of quantitative and qualitative information gathering and consultation techniques including surveys, focus groups, one-on-one interviews and online discussion forums to determine what works and why.
